In 2020, the Amperio team was selected as the electrical engineering partner for one of Switzerland’s largest data centers, in Rafz, Canton Zurich.
In recent years, Zurich has become a strategic and dynamic hub for data center construction in Switzerland and Europe. Indeed, Switzerland offers the skills, infrastructure and stable political and economic environment that are ideal for deploying a sustainable and secure Big Data strategy for businesses.
For this project at ZUR 01, our team of installers spent a year installing our energy rails, efficient distribution systems particularly well suited to serving data center infrastructures. A total of 8km of power rails were supplied and installed by Amperio Team.
